👀 Who we’re looking for

We are searching for a Technical Engineer / Technical Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving lift systems across client sites. You’ll also be part of a new way of working — where your input from the field helps shape our tech and the future of the industry.

📌 What Will Your Future Role Be?

As a Technical Engineer / Technical Manager at WeMaintain, you will:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and safety checks

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults

• Respond to emergency breakdowns

• Maintain accurate service records and reports

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

• Mechanical/Electrical troubleshooting

• Conduct technical training

👑 You Are the Right Person for Us If:

• You are a holder of High Diploma or equivalent or above.  Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferrable but not essential. 

• You have good physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces/at heights

• You are a holder of relevant state license/certification (RLW/REW)

• You have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• You have experience in interpreting and analysing blueprints/technical diagrams

• You’re a great communicator with good customer service skills

• You’re comfortable with new technologies and want to be part of industry change

• You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in your work

* Candidate with more extensive experience will be considered for a Technical Manager position.
