Technical building management is essential. But the tools are outdated, decisions are centralized, and those working on the ground lack recognition and resources.
This imbalance led Benoit, Jade, and Tristan to found WeMaintain in 2017.
They came from different backgrounds, but shared one belief: to transform this industry, you need to combine technology with on-the-ground expertise.
What We’ve Built — Concretely

A mobile app
So technicians have everything they need, when they need it, without the usual hassle.

An internal platform
Designed for our operations teams to truly manage day-to-day activity.

IoT sensors
Developed in-house, device-agnostic, to monitor equipment and anticipate failures.

Two client platforms:
- One to instantly access interventions, reports, and invoices right after a technician visit.
- One (Maximize) to track equipment in real time, powered by data from our sensors.

Company founded
Jade, Benoit, and Tristan launched WeMaintain in Paris.
They quickly built a team and laid the foundations: Benoit as CEO driving vision and operations, Jade as CGO leading growth and partnerships, and Tristan as CTO developing our tech and tools.

First Series A funding round.
Development of the technician app, admin platform, and client platform.

We open our London office
We reach 50 team members.

Series B funding round
Acquisition of Shokly to extend our expertise into Fire Safety Systems.

We open our Singapore office.
We passed the 100 team member milestone!

We go beyond elevators
WeMaintain now handles full building maintenance and modernisation: fire safety systems, escalators, and automatic doors.

We pass the 200 team member milestone!
We expand to new cities: Lille and Lyon in France, and Manchester in the UK.

We’re opening our new office in Hong Kong.

We surpass 300 team members!
Our teams grow in every country we operate in, and 50% of our revenue now comes from the UK.
