👀 Who we’re looking for

We are searching for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong.

You’ll play a key role in the overall supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, incoming goods, outgoing goods, and daily warehouse operations. You will develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure smooth supply, inventory, and logistics processes.

📌 What Will Your Future Role Be?

As a Warehouse Assistant at WeMaintain, your responsibilities will include:

• Handle the creation and follow-up of purchase orders (POs) and supplier reconciliations
• Maintain good communication with suppliers and freight companies to ensure delivery time and quality
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels, conduct regular inventory checks and adjustments to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Optimize warehouse processes and logistics arrangements to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure accurate and efficient daily operations of the warehouse

👑 You Are the Right Person for Us If You:

• 3 years or above experience in warehouse or inventory management 
• Take ownership and are comfortable making decisions
• Thrive in a culture where your voice matters — flat structure, open communication, real impact on how things get done
• Care deeply about quality and safety — you don’t rush, you do things right, and take pride in your craft
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to grow

Bonus points if you have experience with : 

•  The elevator industry and engineering procurement are preferred 
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes, with attention to detail in handling inventory and processes. 
• Proficiency in PC such as MS Office and Chinese word processing 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with teams.
