What these steps allow us to understand

The phone call is the first step in our recruitment process. It's an opportunity for us to get to know you and learn more about your motivations and professional experiences. We want to understand your expectations to ensure that we are a good fit for you and vice versa.
It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the position, the company, and our culture.

The goal here is to deepen our discussion. This step will allow us to assess your fit with our company culture and discuss your skills and experiences in more detail.
We also want to give you the opportunity to meet some members of our team and see the environment in which you might potentially work. It’s a moment of mutual exchange and discovery.

The business case is a simulation of real-life scenarios you might encounter in your future role at WeMaintain. It's a way for us to assess your problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
We will send you the business case by email and will be available to answer any questions and guide you through the process.

This is a debriefing to discuss your approach, the solutions you proposed, and the lessons you learned from this experience. It is an important step for us to better understand you as a candidate and to provide you with constructive feedback.

You will meet 2-3 members of the team. This meeting will allow you to assess if we are a good fit for what you are looking for, and vice versa. You will be interacting with these people every day, so it’s best to ensure now that you want to work with them!
How do we recruit at WeMaintain?
We use structured interviews for all our positions. This means asking the same questions, scoring responses on the same scale, and making decisions based on consistent criteria. At WeMaintain, we use scorecards to evaluate candidates.
Why do we use structured interviews?

Our recruitment processes are generally completed within two weeks. However, we can adjust our pace to suit yours! That's why we will always ask if you have any current deadlines so that we can tailor our process and discussions with you.

We care about our candidates, and you'll notice this throughout our process. We will contact you regularly and provide frequent feedback. We prefer to communicate via email and SMS, but let us know if you prefer another method.
Once you have submitted your CV, we will do our best to respond within 5 business days. Sometimes, we might exceed this timeframe, but don’t worry, you will never be left without a response from us, and we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Our Talent team currently consists of one person: Katia. She will generally be the one to support you throughout your process at WeMaintain.
Katia has been working in recruitment for over 10 years. You will interact with her primarily for positions based in France. She also occasionally handles some positions in London and Singapore with the help of Summer.
