The phone call is the first step in our recruitment process. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and learn more about you—your motivations and professional experience. We want to understand what you're looking for to make sure it’s a good fit both ways.
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the role, the company, and our culture.

The goal here is to take the conversation further. This step allows us to assess how well you align with our company culture and dive deeper into your skills and experiences.
We also want to give you the opportunity to meet some of our team and get a feel for the environment you might be working in. It’s a moment for open discussion and mutual discovery. -
The business case is a simulation of real-life situations you might encounter in your future role at WeMaintain. It helps us assess your ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
We'll send you the case by email, and we'll be available to answer any questions you have and guide you throughout the process.

You’ll meet with 2 or 3 team members. This conversation is a chance for you to see if we’re the right fit for what you’re looking for—and vice versa. These are people you’ll be working with every day, so it’s the perfect time to make sure you’d enjoy collaborating with them!

This is a debrief with your future manager and another team member to discuss your approach, the solutions you proposed, and what you learned from the experience. It’s an important step for us to better understand you as a candidate—and for you to receive constructive feedback.
How do we recruit at WeMaintain?
We use structured interviews for all our positions. This means asking the same questions, scoring responses on the same scale, and making decisions based on consistent criteria. At WeMaintain, we use scorecards to evaluate candidates.

Our recruitment processes are generally completed within two weeks. However, we can adjust our pace to suit yours! That's why we will always ask if you have any current deadlines so that we can tailor our process and discussions with you.

We care about our candidates, and you'll notice this throughout our process. We will contact you regularly and provide frequent feedback. We prefer to communicate via email and SMS, but let us know if you prefer another method.
Once you have submitted your CV, we will do our best to respond within 5 business days. Sometimes, we might exceed this timeframe, but don’t worry, you will never be left without a response from us, and we will always do our best to keep you informed.
