The essence of WeMaintain
WeMaintain is a certified B Corp company present in Europe and Asia.
Our team philosophy, "We rise by lifting others," and our corporate culture have been at the heart of our identity since the beginning.
We have developed an innovative ecosystem that optimizes the management of technical equipment such as elevators, escalators, fire safety systems, and automatic doors.
By seamlessly integrating field technicians, connected devices, data, and software, we create new solutions to meet the needs of building owners and operators in major cities.

Our founders
Jade Francine: Chief Growth Officer (CGO). She began her career in a business law firm in Shanghai. She is currently responsible for sales, marketing and communication, ESG, and Human Resources.
Benoit Dupont: Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With over 10 years of experience at the leading elevator company, including 8 years in China managing the service in North Asia, he now leads the expansion strategy.
Tristan Foureur: Chief Technology Officer (CTO). After gaining experience in the tech industry in England, India, and the United States, he now oversees the engineering teams.
