We usually respond within a week
🌍 Who are we?
In 2017, after more than ten years in the lift industry across Europe and Asia, Benoît Dupont noticed a system stuck in its ways where speed takes priority over quality and frontline teams remain invisible.
With Jade Francine and Tristan Foureur, he founded WeMaintain to put technology, trust and people back at the heart of building maintenance. Their ambition: give technicians back their autonomy, rely on in-house IoT technology, and deliver a service designed for users and clients.
Based in Paris, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, we maintain lifts, escalators, automatic doors and fire safety systems. With 300+ employees, we combine on-the-ground expertise with data-driven management to deliver high-performing, transparent, and sustainable maintenance.
We don’t just maintain buildings. We transform how they’re operated.
👥 Why join us?
Because here, you don’t have to choose between autonomy and stability.
Large groups often offer stability, but little room to manoeuvre. Smaller organisations allow more freedom, but sometimes without clear direction.
At WeMaintain, we strike the right balance:
Real autonomy, with modern tools and strong support
A culture built on trust, transparency and respect
Genuine opportunities for growth and internal mobility
A team that values commitment, perseverance and the drive to make things happen
And our values guide us every day:
Care: Working with respect and kindness, internally as well as with our customers
Grit: Seeing things through, with high standards and determination
Uniqueness: Daring to be yourself, sharing your ideas and challenging the status quo
👀 Who we’re looking for?
We are looking for a Product Manager - Experience & Workflows to join our Product & Engineering team in Europe (remote-friendly).
In this role, you will lead product initiatives end-to-end, with a strong focus on making complex operational systems usable, coherent, and efficient for users in live operational environments.
As WeMaintain scales, one of our biggest challenges is not just solving the right problems, but ensuring that what we build actually works seamlessly across multiple actors, constraints, and real-world situations, increasingly leveraging AI to simplify decisions and reduce coordination overhead.
You will own the shaping and definition of product initiatives, making sure that what gets built is not only relevant and impactful, but also clear, intuitive, and effective in execution.
📌 Your day-to-day at WeMaintain
As a Product Manager - Experience & Workflow, you will:
Own the shaping of product initiatives from problem framing to solution definition
Run deep discovery with Field Engineers, CSMs, Supply teams, and Customers
Turn operational pain into clear problem statements, journey maps, and scoped bets
Define end-to-end flows, interaction logic, system states, and edge cases
Ensure experience consistency across multi-role workflows, including how AI supports decisions and interactions in complex operational contexts
Reduce friction and cognitive load in critical user journeys, including where AI can simplify decisions and surface the right context
Align teams through prototypes and lightweight artefacts that make system behaviour explicit
Link each initiative to measurable operational and financial outcomes
You will work on initiatives such as:
Redesigning how field engineers understand and act on issues on-site, reducing back-and-forth and decision time
Designing AI-supported workflows that reduce coordination effort and make service execution clearer and faster
Simplifying how information flows across the system so each actor has the right context at the right time
👑 What we're looking for
You might be a great fit if you:
Are driven by making complex systems simple, usable, and effective in real-world contexts
Naturally think in flows, journeys, and interactions — not just features
See friction where others see “edge cases”, and work to eliminate it
Are comfortable structuring ambiguous problems and making pragmatic tradeoffs
Have worked on B2B, operational, or workflow-heavy products with multiple actors and constraints
Can go from messy reality to clear, end-to-end product definition
Take ownership of what you ship — not just whether it works, but whether it actually helps users get their job done
🌟 Bonus points if
We care more about how you think, how you approach complexity, and how you turn it into usable systems than about a specific background.
That said, strong experience in shaping user experience - especially in complex, multi-actor or workflow-heavy environments - is a significant advantage in this role.
Strong candidates may come from Product Design, Product Management, or roles where they’ve defined end-to-end experiences in complex systems
🎁 Why this role is different
Your work shows up in the real world, fast. What you shape changes how engineers operate on-site, how teams coordinate, and how work actually gets done, not just what appears in a tool.
You’ll work on systems where usability is not a "nice to have", it directly impacts execution speed, service quality, and revenue.
You’ll have high ownership and autonomy, and you’ll spend more time defining how things should work end-to-end than managing process or ceremonies.
