🙌🏼 Who Are We Looking For?
We are searching for an Operations Administrator to join our team in London.
📌 What Will Your Future Role Be?
- Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinating with field teams to ensure timely execution of work.
- Supporting the supply chain by ordering and tracking parts to guarantee quick delivery.
- Managing schedules, including booking meetings and rooms.
- Communicating with suppliers and contractors to facilitate operations.
- Collaborating with internal departments like Finance and HR to ensure seamless processes.
👑 You Are the Right Person for Us If:
- You have proven administrative experience, ideally within an operations or service-based environment.
- Prior experience within the lift or property management industry is a strong plus.
- You are a highly organised individual with strong communication and multitasking skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a proactive attitude.
