In 2017, after more than ten years in the lift industry across Europe and Asia, Benoît Dupont noticed a system stuck in its ways where speed takes priority over quality and frontline teams remain invisible.

With Jade Francine and Tristan Foureur, he founded WeMaintain to put technology, trust and people back at the heart of building maintenance. Their ambition: give technicians back their autonomy, rely on in-house IoT technology, and deliver a service designed for users and clients.

Based in Paris, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, we maintain lifts, escalators, automatic doors and fire safety systems. With 300+ employees, we combine on-the-ground expertise with data-driven management to deliver maintenance that is high-performing, transparent and sustainable.

👀 Who we’re looking for?

We are looking for a Safety Officer to join our team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will play a key role in developing and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness to minimize risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.

📌 Your day-to-day at WeMaintain

As a Safety Officer, your will:

• Ensure the company complies with all relevant safety laws and guidelines

• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and deliver training programs on quality, environmental, safety protocols and best practices

• Implement MTR General Specification & Particular Specification

• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards

• Prepare safety reports and documentation for management review

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external safety organization

👑 What we're looking for

You’re a great fit if you are:

• Diploma or above in Safety Management or related discipline

• Holder of Registered Safety Officer (RSO) from Labour Department

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in safety management

• Experience in conducting safety audits and incident investigations

• Familiar with ISO, audits & local safety regulation

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards

• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
