👀 Who we're looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Hunter) to join our Sales team in Hong Kong.
In this role, you will expand our lifts and escalators portfolio in Hong Kong by opening doors, building a strong pipeline from scratch, and turning complex, consultative conversations into signed deals.
📌 Your day-to-day at WeMaintain
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
- Drive new business acquisition across key building segments (e.g. commercial, residential, transport, schools)
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting → discovery → site visits/assessments → solution & pricing (with Ops approval) → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover to Operations & Finance
- Conduct site surveys to understand client needs, equipment requirements and constraints, and tailor our offering accordingly
- Create and present proposals (with internal support)
- Build and maintain a strong, accurate pipeline in Salesforce with disciplined forecasting and reporting
- Develop a strong market network (property managers, asset managers, owners, consultants, contractors, etc.)
- Act as a trusted advisor: ensure long-term satisfaction and spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities
👑 What we’re looking for
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have relevant training and/or equivalent experience, and you bring a strong commercial mindset as a true hunter
- Have 3+ years’ experience in the lift industry
- Have a proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets in B2B sales (ideally building services / property / FM / technical services)
- Are resilient and comfortable with long, complex sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, technical constraints, procurement, negotiations)
- Are structured and rigorous (pipeline, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, forecasting)
- Communicate with impact and can influence at all levels (from site teams to C-level / asset owners)
- Take pride in doing things properly: you sell the right deals, aligned with operational capabilities and client expectations
🌟 Bonus points if
- You have worked for a non-OEM company
- You already have a strong network in the Hong Kong property / FM ecosystem
- You’re comfortable working in English / Cantonese / Mandarin
- You’ve used Salesforce
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
