In 2017, after more than ten years in the lift industry across Europe and Asia, Benoît Dupont noticed a system stuck in its ways where speed takes priority over quality and frontline teams remain invisible.
With Jade Francine and Tristan Foureur, he founded WeMaintain to put technology, trust and people back at the heart of building maintenance. Their ambition: give technicians back their autonomy, rely on in-house IoT technology, and deliver a service designed for users and clients.
Based in Paris, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, we maintain lifts, escalators, automatic doors and fire safety systems. With 300+ employees, we combine on-the-ground expertise with data-driven management to deliver high-performing, transparent, and sustainable maintenance.

👀 Who we're looking for?
WeMaintain is new to the Hong Kong market, but we’re not new to lift & escalator maintenance. We already operate with established teams across France, the UK and Singapore, with proven processes and strong service standards.
In Hong Kong, we support global real-estate customers managing buildings locally, alongside respected local leaders such as MTR. Our in-house tools enhance transparency and reporting, enabling customers to make informed decisions and allowing our teams to deliver consistently.
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Engineer (Hunter) to expand our lifts and escalators portfolio in Hong Kong. This role is for someone who thrives on opening doors, building a high-quality pipeline from scratch, and converting consultative, technical conversations into signed contracts, from prospecting to site assessment, proposal, negotiation and handover to operations.
📌 Your day-to-day at WeMaintain
Drive new business acquisition: identify, target and engage prospects across key segments (commercial, residential, transport, schools, etc.)
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: outbound prospecting → discovery → site visits/assessments → solution & pricing (aligned with Ops) → proposal → negotiation (price & T&Cs) → closing → handover to Operations & Finance
Conduct site surveys to understand customer needs, equipment constraints and technical requirements, and tailor our offer accordingly
Build and present proposals with internal support (Ops, finance, leadership)
Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline in Salesforce: disciplined forecasting, next steps, and reporting
Develop a strong market network: property managers, facility managers, asset managers, owners, consultants, contractors
Act as a trusted advisor: long-term satisfaction, renewals mindset, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
👑 What we’re looking for
You’re a great fit if you:
Are a true hunter: you enjoy outbound prospecting, attending events, meeting customers and creating opportunities
Have solid experience in the lift industry (service, maintenance, repair, modernisation, or installation-related commercial roles)
Have a proven record of hitting/exceeding targets in B2B sales, ideally in building services / technical services / FM / property
Are resilient in long and complex sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, technical constraints, procurement, contract negotiations)
Have strong negotiation skills, high ownership and are comfortable being accountable for outcomesAre structured and rigorous: pipeline management, follow-ups, CRM hygiene and forecasting
Communicate with impact and can influence at all levels (site teams to C-level / asset owners)
🌟 Bonus points if
You have experience in an independent (non-OEM) maintenance provider
You already have a strong network in the Hong Kong property / FM ecosystem
You’re comfortable working in English / Cantonese / Mandarin
You’ve used Salesforce
You enjoy a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Salary: HKD 28,000–40,000 / month (depending on experience) + commission
