We're building our Hong Kong team and need support on the HR and admin tasks. If you like working with us and if you do well, we could extend this part-time position to a full-time role.

Who Are We Looking For?
WeMaintain is looking for a Part-time HR & Admin Assistant.
This role will be responsible for assisting our Senior Finance Manager and Head of Operations with HR and administrative tasks.
What Will Your Future Role Be?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database, which includes employee records with personal data and leave records.
- Ensure personnel files are kept in an orderly way
- Occasionally, review the compensation and pensions of employees
- Collate information to send to third party payroll company including checking OT calculations, MPF contributions, and filing of tax returns
- Implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Day-to-day operations: answering questions from the team, completing and communicating administrative documents
- Coordinate office events and activities to foster a positive company culture that aligns with our values
- Prepare regular HR reports
You Are the Right Person for Us If You Show :
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years’ experience in payroll and benefits
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willing to learn and work in an intense working environment
- Immediate availability preferred
- At least 16 hours per week (4-8 hours per day)
- Early retirees are welcome
