🙌🏼 Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our Maintenance Sales team in the UK. This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility with office presence at our London Bridge location.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving maintenance revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our existing relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
📈 What Will Your Future Role Be?
- Identify, target, and engage with prospective clients, building relationships to drive new sales opportunities across maintenance, and IoT services.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach and proposal through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with our Bid Writing team and Sales team to develop compelling proposals that demonstrate our value proposition.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, updating CRM records (Salesforce) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to our ambitious growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long term satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
👑 You Are the Right Person for Us If:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets within the building services or property management sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solutions oriented approach to addressing client needs and overcoming objections.
- Ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
